My chapter on “Digital Ethnography” has come out in Heidrun Friese et al.’s edited volume Handbuch Soziale Praktiken und Digitale Alltagswelten or Handbook of Social Practices and Everyday Digital Worlds (Springer, 2016). The chapter considers multiple meanings of the term “digital ethnography,” including the presentation of real-life cultures using narrative techniques and the features of digital environments. I am looking forward to reading the rest of the works in the volume soon!
